Red Sox Kid Nation
Brynn is a member of Kid Nation...and went to her first Sox game last weekend. In the heat wave.
It was sweltering hot but Brynnie was extremely well behaved. There was so much to look at so we weren't surprised that she loved it.

Home Sweet Home
Here are a few last pictures from our vacation in Miami. We all had so much fun...wish we were still there!
When we returned home Brynn had her 9 month doctor appointment. She's our growing little (and I use that word loosely) girl. She's off the charts for height (29-3/4") and head size and is in the 75th percentile for weight (20.5 lbs). She even looks bigger these days! And her facial features seem to be changing...she's losing the baby face and looking more and more like a little girl.
Amazing how fast it all happens....... She is now pulling herself up on her feet and dancing when she hears music. She laughs all the time and crawls around like a little speed demon. She's curious about everything; within a few minutes of being home, she will have every basket pulled down and all of her toys thrown across the room and still be looking for more to pull down.

Live from Miami Part II
Miami is still hot and fun.
We've spent a lot of time at the beach in addition to doing a road trip to Key Largo. There we went to a water park which Brynn loved both due to the fun water toys and watching the big kids splash around.
Brynnie pulled herself all the way up to her feet for the first time today. She is really working hard while the rest of us are relaxing on vacation! She also has a favorite way of expressing herself: growling. We fondly call her the monster and when you ask her to growl, she promptly responds with a "groarrrrrr."

I can pull myself up to a standing position now. Did you know mermaids could do that?
I love it when mommy, daddy, Katie, and Steve get drinks at the beach because I get to eat the pineapple garnish. Yummy.

Live from Miami
It's HOT in Southern Florida but we are having a great vacation with Katie, Steve, and Max.
We have learned that Brynnie loves the water - both the pool and the ocean. She loves playing in and eating sand too...and taking naps on the beach. Which works out great for her parents because they get more beach time!
With four big teeth in, Brynn seems to be growing up too fast. Especially when she is pulling herself up on to her knees...a new trick that she learned. She also loves to dance while dining in South Beach - she had quite the little dance party in her highchair at lunch the other day.

She's mobile!
Brynn started crawling three days ago and just like everyone warned us, she is off and moving quickly...and getting into everything. It's fun to watch her find new things around the house from her brand new view. She loves opening drawers that she can reach from the floor!
Tried to get some pictures of her scooting around but it didn't work so well. Here she is practicing her new freedom and hanging out with her Aunt Bethie.
