A belated Valetine's Day post...

We had a busy Valentine's Day weekend...a birthday party for one of Brynn's friends from school, Disney on Ice (where Brynnie kept on calling out "My boyfriend!" to Mickey Mouse), and the demolition of our back room to prepare for the addition.

It was fun but exhausting for everyone!

P.S. She's going to be a big sister in August!

The middle of the process,
the room is down to the slab now.

Let it snow, let it snow!

It's been snowing here for days....Mark and Brynn took advantage of it this morning with a walk in the sleigh. Well Brynn took advantage of it; Mark had to pull!

They ended up all the way at Dunkin Donuts. No surprise there!

Merry Christmas

Brynn had a wonderful Christmas this year.

Even though she is still very much afraid of Santa, she enjoyed opening all of her gifts...and had great reactions to all of them. She was very lucky to get so many wonderful presents and even loved the ones from Santa!!

Christmas Tree

We went to Seasons Four in Lexington for our christmas tree this year. Brynnie enjoyed seeing Santa Claus and Elmo (though she only wanted to watch them from afar). She also got her face painted and a kitten shaped balloon. She had so much fun with all of those activities that she didn't even want to help pick out our tree!

New Hiding Spot

One morning we couldn't find Brynn anywhere (and we don't have a big house!)...we finally heard her and she popped out of our dry sink. She had folded herself into the bottom of it and shut the door!

We had her do it a few days later so that we could get a picture...check her out below:

Trick or Treat

This was Brynnie's first year to go trick or treating. We went with her friends Max and Zack.

We were surprised at how quickly she caught on...after a few houses she was racing down the street for the next one and scooping up as much candy as she could at every door. Thankfully she was a good girl and said "trick or treat" and "thank you." She also obliged, if asked, to demonstrate what a bumble bee says "buzzzzzzz...."
