Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we took an afternoon trip into the city.
We wandered around our old neighborhood and realized how happy we were to have done city living before we had a child! The 'burbs are much easier when you have a toddler full of energy!!

Weekend at the Caughlan's

Brynn spent last weekend in NJ, visiting Jayne and Andrew. We had a great time...playing...reading...at the fun park near there house.

Brynnie was scared of the merry-go-round, she wouldn't sit on the horse by herself (she doesn't like any animals - real or fake) so instead we stood as we went around and around. She did have fun at the playground there though!

Happy Easter

Brynnie had a great Easter - she was a very good girl at church and is quite the pro at egg hunts. She always had a full basket and especially loved the candy she collected!

Spring Fling at Brynn's school

Brynn & Hannah had a great time at Brynn's school this weekend.
The Easter Bunny came...and scared them...they played in all of the rooms, made spin art, hunted for Easter eggs, and got their faces painted!

Sanibel Island

We just got back from a beautiful week in Sanibel Island.

The weather was perfect - 80's every day and 60's at night. We had fun at a Red Sox game and spent all of the other days at the beach. Brynn LOVED the beach...she liked to go for walks, play with beach toys, rest and eat snacks, look for shells, and get her legs wet in the water. She also had a blast getting to know her cousins Paige and Andrew - they were a lot of fun to run around with!

Brynnie loves to bake with Mumma...here we were making a chocolate-cherry cake for Katie.

It was finally a nice, somewhat warm weekend so Brynn got to spend some time outside. She went for a walk this afternoon and was protecting her eyes...stylin' in her shades.
